General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ev77 platform and all its services. By using the ev77 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Ev77 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. To use our services, you must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Ev77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on ev77, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country from which you are registering.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• Immediate family members of ev77 employees are not eligible to play on the platform.

Ev77 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit a national ID or passport before making withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on ev77:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods are accepted for deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is completed.
• Bank transfer fees may apply and are the responsibility of the member.

Ev77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment if a suspicious transaction is detected. Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, proof of source of funds may be requested for large transactions.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on ev77:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless the cash-out option is active.
• Live betting rules may differ once an event has started, and ev77 may adjust odds at any time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Ev77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and are displayed on the platform.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Ev77 offers gaming across multiple categories including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, bingo, and more. Detailed rules for each category are available on the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any ev77 bonus or promotion:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which will be specified on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and may be claimed once per person or household.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any bonus that is not used before its expiry date will be cancelled.
• Ev77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev77 platform:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account or steal their information.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Spreading false information in ev77's name or attempting to damage the brand.
• Harassing, intimidating, or abusing other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

Ev77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• Upon the member's own request for closure.

If a balance remains in your account at the time of closure, it will be refunded once verification is complete — except in cases of fraud.

Limitation of Liability

Ev77 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the member's own device or software.
• Losses or damages caused by the actions of other members.
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. ev77 never guarantees winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming.
